Hello, to clean the interior surfaces, including drawer
sealing surfacesof your KB-6524PS, wipe with a soft damp cloth. DO NOT USE ABRASIVE OR HARSH CLEANERS OR SCOURING PADS. For heavier soil, use mild soap; wipe clean with a soft damp cloth. Do not use any chemical oven cleaners.

Thank you for your inquiry in regards to the backlight of the display and buttons for the KB6525PS and KB6524PS. We are happy to help. We apologize but these models do not have an option to adjust the level of the backlight for the display or buttons.

i have a sharp microwave insight pro and it makes a noise eveytime i close the door

Front panel no longer works. No lights or display.

Question

Why isn't our microwave heating?

Our microwave works intermittently. It stopped heating 6 weeks ago. We had a repair guy look at. He checked what he could but found no issues. After he left it worked without fail for 6 weeks but has stopped again. It runs as if it is working but the food is still cold??

How to stop microwave squeaking

I have a Sharp micro/convection microwave about 3 yr old. the last few months it has been squeaking. I have removed the spinner tray & cleaned wheels carefully and it will stop for a while then resumes. What can I do?

Question

Drawer does not close automatically

When closing the drawer automatically, the drawer reaches the end of the close cycle and then opens back to full open. It happens sporadically

Keypad Backlight - Sharp Insight Pro Microwave Drawer

Since it was installed the keypad backlight has never worked - it was only after looking at the manual that I realized it had one. I have turned sleep mode on/off but again it has never functioned at all regardless of mode.
