Question

Why isn't our microwave heating?

Our microwave works intermittently. It stopped heating 6 weeks ago. We had a repair guy look at. He checked what he could but found no issues. After he left it worked without fail for 6 weeks but has stopped again. It runs as if it is working but the food is still cold??

Question

How to stop microwave squeaking

I have a Sharp micro/convection microwave about 3 yr old. the last few months it has been squeaking. I have removed the spinner tray & cleaned wheels carefully and it will stop for a while then resumes. What can I do?

Question

Drawer does not close automatically

When closing the drawer automatically, the drawer reaches the end of the close cycle and then opens back to full open. It happens sporadically

Resets to the Demo mode on all the time

Keypad Backlight - Sharp Insight Pro Microwave Drawer

Since it was installed the keypad backlight has never worked - it was only after looking at the manual that I realized it had one. I have turned sleep mode on/off but again it has never functioned at all regardless of mode.

door won't close, light won't go off, microwave won't work

Question

My KB6524PS started to have problems opening and closing the drawer.

Just today the drawer doesn't open 100%, when you push the "open" button, it opens 10% only, you need to push it at least 5 times to get open. Once open when you try to close it by pressing "close", nothing happens, you'll need to manually close it. ANY ideas why this is happening?
