you will need to have access to wifi. You will need to perform an area scan of open access points if any. If there open access points then you will need to contact your (IP) internet provider. I hope this helps...

You can't. This model comes with apps "as is" only. No new apps can be downloaded. Buy a different brand because Sharp offers no answers other than a canned, you can't add Amazon, nor do we plan to add it in the future, speech. Buy a Vizio. They constantly update apps!

Thank you for your inquiry about our Sharp AQUOS LC-70LE600U. The green leaves are a display element of the Optical Picture Control (OPC) functionality. OPC modifies the brightness of the screen relative to the current lighting in the environment around the television. This automatic adjustment works to try and provide the owner with the best viewing experience without having to make manual adjustments themselves If you wish to turn off OPC, press the MENU button on the remote to display the menu onscreen. Use the left and right cursor keys to highlight the Picture Settings menu. You can then use the cursor keys to scroll down and highlight the OPC option and press Enter. From here, you can choose to turn OPC on or off. If you have any other questions, please call our AQUOS Advantage Support Team at 877-332-7867 and an member of the team should be able to assist you further.

My remote does not respond. TV light on remote is blinking

Thank you for your recent inquiry about our Sharp AQUOS LC-70C6500U. To reset the remote control, hold down the POWER button and take out the batteries for 30 seconds. Then, release the POWER button on the remote control and place the batteries back in the remote control. Once the batteries have been reinserted, press a few buttons on the remote to see if the light at the top flashes yellow in response, and then try to operate the TV using the remote. If the TV still does not respond to the remote control, please contact our AQUOS Advantage Support Team at 1(877)332-7867 Monday-Friday 7am-9pm (CST) and Saturday and Sunday 9am-7pm (CST). Thank you for your recent inquiry regarding the Sharp AQUOS LC70C6500U. To turn on the Wallpaper mode we will first need to turn on the Quick Start Mode. To do this please press the Menu button on the Sharp remote control and use the left or right arrow keys to scroll over to "System Options" and press Enter. Next please use the down arrow key to highlight "Quick Start Mode" and press Enter. Please set this feature to On and press Enter. Once back in the System Options portion of the Sharp AQUOS TV's menu please use the down arrow key to highlight "Wallpaper Setting" and press Enter. Here we will be able to select the "Data Source" for the pictures. We can either select to view the photos pre-installed on the TV or ones that have been saved to a portable USB drive. While both of these Sharp AQUOS TVs have amazing picture quality the main difference in the two tvs would be that the LC70C7500U has a Dynamic Contrast Ration of 10,000,000:1, while the LC70C6500U is 4,000,000:1. The LC70C7500U also has a refresh rate of 240hz while the LC70C6500U is 120hz. The LC70C7500U also features Aquomotion 480 while the LC70C6500U does not.
