Question

Just purchased one today and after the first use there is condensation build up in between the layers of glass on the door.This can't be normal.Is it?

Thank you for your recent inquiry regarding the Sharp R651ZS microwave oven. Condensation is a normal part of microwave cooking, room humidity and the moisture in food will influence the amount of moisture that condenses in the oven. Generally, covered foods will not cause as much condensation as uncovered ones.

Question

Malfunction in sensor reheat

I have model R-651ZM and had it about 3 weeks. Reheated something tonight and it came up malfunction in the display. There isn't any troubleshooting in the manual so was wondering what I can do about this? Thanks

The metal finishing plate on the left side of my r-651zm got bent when I unboxed the oven. Where can I purchase a replacement?

upper left corner hole

purchased today once up and in place noticed at the upper left corner there is like a hole in the plastic where the door and unit meet. although very neat, can't tell if it is supposed to be there or if it was chipped in shipping===can anyone tell me, I am waiting to use it.

While the R651ZS has stainless steel and black on the front, the R651ZM has stainless steel and silver on the front. What is problem when the microwave does not heat the food?

I bought the microwave model R651ZM at Sam's Club. After using for 6 month , now it did not working. I tried to put a cup of water and testing it by using different setting, it did not heat my water. Therefore, i would like to know what is the problem and can I return it to Sam's Club?

The model comes with A short power-supply cord with no exact length specified. Although the installation guide does mention longer cord sets can be obtained. Question

Is there anyway to turn off that incessant alarm? Even after 5 minutes it continues!

after running defrost or other job on the microwave, the alarm does not quit.Even after 5 minutes.If this is a "feature" then I will return it for another brand.
